Booth Finder and Booth Desk · exhibitor directory

A searchable exhibitor directory, pinned to the map

Every exhibitor in one list that attendees search by name. Each name leads to its booth on the map, with walking directions from where they stand. Each exhibitor also gets Booth Desk, a private inbox for your messages.

How attendees find a booth

  1. Search by name. One list of every exhibitor, not a carousel of logos.
  2. Show it on the map. The booth is marked on the 3D map, or on its floor plan when it is indoors.
  3. Walk there. Directions from where they stand, along the blue line.

Booth Desk, the exhibitor portal

Each booth gets a private link to its own inbox. Send a notice to one booth or to all of them, and exhibitors who turn on browser notifications see it straight away. Booth Desk also gives each exhibitor a Find-us link and QR code that bring visitors to their booth.

Contacts stay private

The contact details you keep for each exhibitor are for planners only. They never appear on the public map.
